Conditions

Driving age and driver license requirements:

The minimum driver age required is 18. - The maximum driver age is 75.

A valid Driving license must be presented upon booking.

In some cases if driving license is printed with non-roman alphabet (arabic, chinese, japanese, cyrillic etc.), an international driving license is required. Please note: an international driving license/permit does not replace the requirement for a regular driving license.

If using an international license/permit, a full driving license in the principal drivers name will still be mandatory in order to rent the vehicle.  

Insurance:

Cars are covered by a fully paid comprehensive policy included.

A security deposit is required on all rentals covering Insurance Excess in case of accident.

Depending on category, it varies from 400 Euro to 800 Euro.

A valid credit card is required. A pre-authorization will be done at delivery as guarantee in case of accident.

The insurance does in no way cover the following:

- Damage to the tires for the reason other than normal wear and tear.

- Loss and replacement of keys.

- Damage to engine due to lack of oil or filling the car with wrong fuel or careless driving.

- Damage caused by a driver being influenced by alcohol or drugs.

- Damage caused by an unauthorized driver.

- Administration fees related to damage.

- Damage or loss of equipment inside the car (ex: GPS, radio, etc...).

- Bank charges related to refund.

- Any damage not reported to us within 24 hours.

- Negligent driving or without due care and attention, including driving off-road and on untarmacked roads.

- Any other mentioned on the Rental agreement.  

Payment:

Above rates apply for a minimum of 3 days rental. The estimated cost is payable upon reservation.  

Delivery and recovery:

Our cars can be delivered and recovered anywhere around the island.

Delivery and recovery in the North part of the island is free of charge.

Delivery and recovery at the airport and elsewhere, 18 € will be charged per way.

For rental beyond 10 days, delivery and collection are both free at airport and outside airport (hotels /private accommodation).

At the time of filling up the contract, the customer must have his driving license, a valid passport and his credit card.  

Availability:

The models are according to our original fleet planning. However, delivery problems may compel us to supply a vehicle of a similar category at the same price. Vehicle images are examples only.  

Responsibility:

Under the penalty of the cancellation of the insurance policy, the customer agrees to not allow to no other person than himself to drive the car except those authorized in the leasing agreement.  

Fuel supply:

The customer is required to restore the car with the same quantity of fuel present at the beginning of the hiring. In case of missing fuel, we will debit the cost of missing litres of fuel.  

Extras:

You will have the possibility to add the following options to your rental during your booking.

- Navigation system (GPS) at a rate of 8€ per day.

- Baby seat is provided at a rate of 8€ per day.

Assistance of H24 offered.
