Etnika Travel is a full service agency and we arrange a range of travel products, activities and services for our clients with a wide range of suppliers. Accordingly, we deal with a number of consultants and third parties that may, in the course of their duties, have limited access to personal information we hold. We provide only the relevant information about the customer which have provided to us by the customer during the booking process of the attractions, and will do so only in order to ensure the successful fulfillment of the accommodation, tour, activities, car rental, airport transfer arrangements or to fulfill obligations of such agreements. We restrict access to any personal information we hold as much as is reasonably possible.
Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
