RESTAURANTS
M.I.X.E RESTAURANT – MAIN RESTAURANT
At MIXE, we’ve turned conventional all-day dining on its head. With views of the glittering ocean and expansive swimming pool, MIXE dishes up a tempting all-day menu of island specialties, from a fresh sprawling breakfast buffet to round-the-world gastronomic delights. It’s a spectacular spot: there’s a Josper-style grill, live cooking stations, Asian and Spicy Curry corners, glass tandoor, and saj oven for oriental bread-making. Sweet things also get a starring role, including a dedicated chocolate room where guests can watch and participate in live cooking sessions, a glass oven for viennoiseries and a lavish display of pastries and desserts.

DUCK LAUNDRY
Heading further east, Duck Laundry is the top table in Mauritius today, offering contemporary-style Chinese dishes, featuring duck in its many guises including crowd-pleasing Peking duck with steamed pancakes. Dim sum, live noodle-making stations, a wood-fired duck oven and a Chinese barbecue station complete the experience, crowned by a varied selection of Chinese teas and Asian spirits.

AMARI BY VINEET
Royal Indian setting, contemporary flavors. Chef Vineet Bhatia at his magical best! Our most exclusive restaurant, ‘Amari by Vineet’, promises a royal Indian setting with creations by award-winning Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia. We welcome guests above eight years of age here.

We want you to relax throughout your stay, but as a courtesy to other guests, we politely ask that you don’t wear wet clothing or uncovered swimwear to breakfast or lunch. Guests like to dress up in the evenings when the dress code for gentlemen is long trousers in Amari By Vineet & Duck Laundry. After 6.30pm tank tops, singlets, beach sandals and shorts are not recommended for our à la carte restaurants.
BEACH ROUGE
Occupying a prime spot right on the sands and with spectacular views across the Indian Ocean, Beach Rouge is open for lunch and dinner. There’s a hint of French Riviera in the airy white-and-red decor. In the lounge area, cocktails and tapas make for lazy days and cool evenings by the Indian Ocean: flop down on cushions on the beach to the upbeat sound of top DJs. Local, fresh-from-the-sea produce shines in the kitchen, where chefs whip up tantalizing feasts of the island’s best seasonal fare.

AL FRESCO
Niched at the heart of the resort, Al fresco not only offers a sensational view on the ocean but also a superb open-air set up with our 1933 Rolls Royce as a backdrop.
With its casual style and chill-out atmosphere, Alfresco presents a specially created menu based on salads, smoked meats, barbecue and seafood. It is the perfect celebration of chill-out beach dining!

K BAR
Named after Kelly Hoppen, the K Bar entertains with its dragon-inspired cocktails and headlines with another LUX* first: a microbrewery feature in this 'gastro pub', where an exclusive range of craft beers are available on tap.

MARI KONTAN
Exploring the vibrant culture and flavours of an extraordinary locale, Mari Kontan showcases the history, language, food, music and dance of the Sugar Island. The G&T 100 Club where we’ve taken the world’s most popular tipple and elevated it to new heights. Set by the beach, and with unrivalled views of the lagoon, this exclusive drinking den is set with occasional tables and provides the perfect spot to toast the end of the day.
FLUTE
The stars are sparkling, and so is the champagne. At Flute, LUX* Belle Mare’s spectacular sandbank bunker - the romance turns up a notch just as the sun goes down. Secluded from the rest of the resort, couples can while away the evening with their feet in the sand, sipping an exclusive selection of champagnes and sparkling wines and dining on delicious tapas in a private dug-out beach lounge. With perfect service sound tracked by the soft swish of the waves and the setting lit by a canopy of stars, this is the ultimate date night to reconnect, celebrate - or even pop the question!

Excellent coffee is a must, not a luxury; that’s why you’ll find a Café LUX* at LUX* at the heart of LUX* Belle Mare. Café LUX* has revolutionised the world of hotel coffee, and our commitment remains clear: to offer our guests the finest barista-made coffee, day or night. Great coffee begins with freshly ground beans, so we roast our own in our on-site roasting rooms, which can be explored on our aromatic behind-the-scenes tour. Our specialist baristas keep up with all the latest trends and techniques – including Cold Press, Pour Overs and Nitro coffee. Bespoke ‘pod’ machines and a variety of Café LUX* blends allow guests to enjoy an aromatic cup in their room, and even at home.

ICI
A holiday without ice cream is like an infinity pool without water! Our guests deserve the very best, so we’ve created our very own ice cream brand, ICI. Enjoy flavor combinations such as Sicilian pistachio variegate to bubble gum in waffle cones made in-house and baked right before your eyes.

Swimming pool
During the day, there is nothing more refreshing than taking a dip in one of the largest swimming pools of Mauritius (2000m2) with a separate area for especially for children.
Fitness center
For those who want to keep fit during the holidays it is possible to use the fitness center for free which is a World-class gym featuring Technogym equipment unity 3.0, stretching and meditation area. Personal advice and tailored training sessions available with the Wellness concierge. Children of age 8 years and older must be accompanied by their parents.
Boat house
Located on the beach, it offers complementary use of water skiing, windsurfing, pedal boats, kayaking, aqua gym, mini sails, snorkelling, glass–bottom boat trips, stand up paddle boarding and hobby cat.
Land Sports
Complementary land activities are also offered for sports fanatic which includes gym, beach volley, table tennis, yoga, Tai Chi can and speedminton.
***Tennis Policy
Guests must wear sports attire while on court. No jeans and shirts are allowed. Proper sports shoes are required, no flip flops, bare feet, or evening dress shoes. Tennis balls on sale
Entertainment
A team of Mauritian artists will entertain you with themes evening musical and local folkloristic shows every day where you will have the opportunity to enjoy the Sega Show also.
Mini club
Children aged between 3 to 11 are welcome every day from 10:00 to 22:00. Fun, colorful and educational settings with a garden offering outdoor facilities are offered. Daily programme on offer, pool and beach games, treasure hunting, dance parties, painting and face painting.
Lunch and dinner buffet are available at PLAY but with supplement charges.
Family kits offered on arrival for toddlers and babies. Sterilizer, bottle warmer, bath or toilet seat adapter can be rented.
For teens aged between 12 and 17 years old, activities such as iMac and X-box games, DJ station, excursions, kite competitions, skim board, volleyball and football on the beach, beach BBQs are organized.
