Price policy

• 5 to 11 years old: child rate applies
• 12 years old and above: adult rate applies
• Hiking for children depends on the difficulty level of the hike

Transportation

Transportation is not included in the excursion price. Rates exclude transfer, and you can add a private return transfer in the Extras section when you book.

Cancellation policy

If the excursion is cancelled by the local authorities or because of weather conditions, it will be rescheduled for the following days or replaced by another tour. If bad weather persists, you will be refunded the entire amount before your departure.

If you cancel

• 7 days before the excursion date: 100% refund
• 72 hours before the excursion date: cancellation penalty of 75% of the cost of the excursion
• Less than 72 hours before: cancellation penalty of 100% of the cost of the excursion
• Day of the excursion or no-show: cancellation penalty of 100% of the cost of the excursion

Safety and other conditions

• For safety, weather or trail conditions, the guide may adapt the route or the timings, or stop the hike before the summit
• The meeting point and the meeting time are confirmed after booking. Guests must be there on time, and late arrival or no-show is treated as a cancellation on the day
• The hike is easy but the last stretch up the summit can need a hand in places. Guests must wear closed hiking shoes, carry water, protect themselves from sun and wind, and follow the guide's instructions at all times
• Children must be able to complete the hike and be supervised by an adult. Pregnant guests and guests with health conditions, especially heart, breathing or joint problems, should check with us before booking
• Le Pouce Mountain Nature Reserve is a protected area. Please stay on the trail, do not feed or disturb wildlife, and do not leave any litter
• Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you book, since snacks, fruit and juice are included
• Etnika Travel is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings, and we recommend travel insurance

Payment and other important info

• Rates are quoted in Euro
• Full payment is due upon confirmation of booking, and an invoice will be sent accordingly
• All banking charges are paid by the client
• If payment is not received before the excursion date (conditions apply), the booking will be invalid
