Price policy

• 0 to 2 years old: the excursion is free of charge
• 3 to 9 years old: child rate applies
• 10 years old and above: adult rate applies

Transportation

Transportation is not included in the excursion price. Rates exclude transfer, and you can add a private return transfer in the Extras section when you book.

Cancellation policy

If the excursion is cancelled by the local authorities or because of weather conditions, it will be rescheduled for the following days or replaced by another tour. If bad weather persists, you will be refunded the entire amount before your departure.

If you cancel

• 7 days before the excursion date: 100% refund
• 72 hours before the excursion date: cancellation penalty of 75% of the cost of the excursion
• Less than 72 hours before: cancellation penalty of 100% of the cost of the excursion
• Day of the excursion or no-show: cancellation penalty of 100% of the cost of the excursion

Safety and other conditions

• For safety, weather or sea conditions, the skipper may change the route, the order of the stops or the timings
• Pick-up times are confirmed after booking. Guests must be ready on time, and late arrival or no-show is treated as a cancellation on the day
• Guests must be in good health and follow the crew's instructions, and children must be supervised by an adult. Pregnant guests and guests with medical conditions should check with us before booking
• Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you book
• Etnika Travel is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings, and we recommend travel insurance

Payment and other important info

• Rates are quoted in Euro
• Maximum 26 persons per excursion
• Full payment is due upon confirmation of booking, and an invoice will be sent accordingly
• All banking charges are paid by the client
• If payment is not received before the excursion date (conditions apply), the booking will be invalid
